An Employer of Record lets you have someone working in the Netherlands without your own Dutch entity. We become the legal employer of that person: the employment contract is with us, we run the payroll, pay the wage tax and social contributions and provide the statutory insurances, while the person does the work for your company and is managed by you. Where a residence permit is needed we can also act as the recognised sponsor, so employment and immigration stay in one hand instead of being split between two providers.
