It fits when you want to be active here before you commit to a company: testing the market with one or two people, serving an existing Dutch customer, or bridging the months while your own entity is being incorporated. It also fits when the number of employees is too small to justify running Dutch payroll and employment law yourself. It is not the right answer when you plan to build a real branch with a team, sign local contracts and invoice from the Netherlands; at that point your own entity is cheaper and gives you more room, and we will tell you when you have reached that point.
