A monthly invoice has two parts: the actual employer costs for that person, which are the gross salary plus the statutory employer charges and insurances, and our fee for carrying the employment and the administration. The first part is not ours; it is what Dutch law costs for any employee, and we show it separately so you can see exactly what goes where. Contract preparation, monthly payroll, tax filings, payslips and the personnel file are included; a residence permit application and its government fees are quoted separately because not every case needs one.
