In practice a bank asks for the extract from the Chamber of Commerce, the deed of incorporation, the shareholder and UBO details with passports of everyone involved, proof of your private address, and a description of the business: what you sell, to whom, in which countries and with what expected turnover. Depending on the profile they also ask for contracts, invoices or a short business plan, and for proof of the origin of the capital. We assemble and check this file with you before it goes in, because most refusals are about gaps in the story rather than about the company itself.
