For a highly skilled migrant application filed through a recognised sponsor, the IND works with a short decision period and in practice most complete applications are decided within a few weeks. What usually determines the total is not the IND but the preparation: legalised documents from your home country, the employment contract, and, if a visa for entry is needed, the appointment at the embassy. We prepare the file completely before filing, because an incomplete application restarts the clock.
