No. The application itself is filed by us as your sponsor and does not require you to be here. Depending on your nationality you may need to collect an entry visa at the Dutch embassy in your own country, and after arrival you come in person for the biometrics appointment, the residence card and the registration with your municipality. Everything before that, including the company setup, is handled remotely.
