Most of it, yes. Contracts, shareholders' agreements, terms and conditions, employment documents and compliance filings are prepared, discussed and signed digitally, and a qualified electronic signature is accepted for these. The exception is the notarial work: incorporating a BV and transferring shares must be done before a Dutch civil-law notary, which is normally solved with a legalised power of attorney so you do not have to travel. Where a physical appearance really is unavoidable we say so in advance and combine it with the other steps that need you here.
