Can we arrange legal matters without coming to the Netherlands?

Beyond Consultancy

Most of it, yes. Contracts, shareholders' agreements, terms and conditions, employment documents and compliance filings are prepared, discussed and signed digitally, and a qualified electronic signature is accepted for these. The exception is the notarial work: incorporating a BV and transferring shares must be done before a Dutch civil-law notary, which is normally solved with a legalised power of attorney so you do not have to travel. Where a physical appearance really is unavoidable we say so in advance and combine it with the other steps that need you here.
