Do I need a recognized sponsor to apply?

How does the payroll system work?
You are formally employed by Beyond Consultancy as your recognized sponsor, while you work for a company in the Netherlands. This structure ensures full compliance with Dutch immigration and employment regulations.
Do you provide job placement?
No. We do not provide job placement services. You must have a company where you will be employed before starting the application. This can be an existing company or a newly structured setup.
Can my family join me?
Yes. Your spouse and children can apply together with you and receive residence permits. They also have access to education, healthcare, and work opportunities.
Do I need to speak Dutch?
No. English is sufficient for living and working in the Netherlands.
What are the salary requirements?
The IND requires a minimum salary threshold, which depends on your age and situation. We ensure that your employment structure meets these requirements.
What happens if I change jobs?
Your new employer must also be a recognized IND sponsor, and your employment must meet the required salary criteria. A new application will be required.
